The omnee.m will work well in any size room, allowing perfect audio reproduction no matter if you're sitting close to the speakers or far away from them.

But if you really want omnee.m to be able to release its full potential it should be positioned in open space or at least 1 meter away from the walls to minimise wall reflections.

Ideal hight is at the listener's seated ear level to provide optimal dispersion pattern and minimise floor and ceiling reflections.
